Exchanges

At DisGar we hope you have a Magical Experience with us. We create all our our item with a bit of Magic. Sometimes the magic looses a little of its sparkle and we need to replace an item. If you find that your item does not fit properly, comes damaged or is just not as Magical as you hoped it to be, we offer a 30-days, 100% happiness guarantee on all of our stock items. If for any reason within the first 30-days after the ship date of an item, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item. If you need to get a little spark of magic put back into your item, please fill out the form below to get started.

RETURNED AND EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION.

New Condition includes:
- Never been worn, except to try on for fit and size
- Never been exposed to cigarette smoke
- Free of animal and human hair

Please note, custom items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for like item if the item comes damaged.

RETURNS

To return an item, please package the item in a shippable container such as a box or the bag it came in. Please include a note containing your order number and state that you would like to return the item. Please ship it via a trackable method to the address below. Please allow 1-2 weeks after receipt for your refund to be processed.

EXCHANGES

Our preferred method of exchange is for you to purchase the correct item and return the incorrect item for a refund. This is the quickest and most convenient method. Your other option is to return the item to the address below, include a note with your order number and what you would like us to do, including color, size, etc. Please ship via a trackable method. Please allow 1-2 weeks after receipt for you exchange to be processed.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at customerservice@behindthemouse.com for a quick resolution. Please do not return the item unless directed.
