If you find that your item does not fit properly, comes damaged or is just not as Magical as you hoped it to be, we offer a 30-days, 100% happiness guarantee on all of our stock items. If for any reason within the first 30-days after the ship date of an item, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item. If you need to get a little spark of magic put back into your item, please visit our website Exchanges page for details on getting your item returned or exchanged. If the item came damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service department for help.

RETURNED AND EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION. New Condition includes: - Never been worn, except to try on for fit and size - Never been exposed to cigarette smoke - Free of animal and human hair. Please do not wear heavy colognes or perfumes when trying on items.
