Items will be processed within 1-2 business days. All in stock items will be shipped within this time frame.
All items will be shipped via First Class mail.
First Class: USA 2-5 business days; international: 2-8 weeks.
If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know by noting it in the Notes box at checkout. You also may need to upgrade your shipping as standard First Class mail sometimes is not the most reliable and timely.
- Seller is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or items shipped to the wrong address (as provided by buyer).
- Purchasing insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Insurance can be purchased as a Shipping Upgrade at checkout.
- Priority shipping can be purchased for at checkout for domestic and most international bound shipments, and must be added prior to purchase.
- Express mail is the ONLY guaranteed shipping method and will arrive in 1-3 business days and can be purchased for an additional fee. All other shipping methods only provide "estimates" of arrival by a certain date. Customers must request this method if they would like guaranteed arrival for rush orders.
- INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS AND TAXES DUE UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM. The amount paid to Behind The Mouse only covers the shipping of an item.
- If you refuse an item and it is returned to us, we will only refund the amount of the item, if you have contacted us first for authorization. Shipping paid will not be refunded.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect mailing information, we will contact you through the provided email address. You have 30 days to respond with correct shipping information. If you fail to respond within the 30 days, we will consider the shipment abandoned and no refunds will be given.
